A  48 hours unless previously arranged

Q How much deposit is required?
A Returnable deposits vary, it depends on    the costume hired. Adult deposits are from £50 to £150.  Children's' returnable deposit is £30.

Q Can I guarantee a costume for a party in a few weeks time? 
A Yes, you pay a £10 per costume booking fee.  This fee is deducted from the total hire charge.

Q I would like to hold a themed party, do you have any suggestions? 
A Yes we have list of suggestions, helpful hints and ideas

Q My child has a Tudor day at school, can you help? 
A  Yes, we have Tudor costumes and costumes for most school days up to 11 years old.

Q Do you have book day characters? 
A  Yes both for children and adults

Q What is your most popular theme? 
A  Seventies, medieval and western

Q Do you stock wigs?  
A  Yes, we have over 100 wigs in shop and we are able to obtain wigs from a huge range next day, if in stock at warehouse.

Q Do you have accessories? 
A  Yes, we can accessorize most costumes

Q Do you have 60/70 boots? 
A  Yes, we have a wide range of 60/70 boots, sizes from 3 - 8 in ladies and 8-11 in men's.

Q I am a size 22, can you help? 
A  Yes, we have a few costumes to fit

Q My husband is a XXL do you have anything to fit? 
A  Yes, we have several outfits to  fit.

Q Do I wash the costume? 
A  No, ALL costumes are laundered when they are returned to us

Q Can I pay on a credit card? 
A  Yes, we accept most credit cards with suitable ID
